We have a high school graduate! Allison graduated today from The Awty International School. She wore ropes for the National Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society. This amazing girl has worked hard throughout her four years at Awty, and she is more than prepared to head to Washington and Lee in August.
All eight grandparents attended the ceremony. What a special treat that everyone was able to come and celebrate Allison. We were an excited and proud group!
Afterward, we had a small party at home to celebrate even more. Stacie and Makayla drove down from Grand Prairie, and our good family friends, the Harpers, Giffords, Kirbys, and Dakshindases all came. Miriam, her friend from Grace School, and her mother also came. I love their long-lasting friendship.
What an incredible day for our incredible girl. Allison is loved by so many, and this village has helped her along the way. She knows she has lifelong support from an amazing group of people.
We love you more than we can ever express, Allison. Congratulations on all your accomplishments so far, and we are excited to see what comes next. You have great things ahead of you!
