Lemonade Stand

Drop it in the bucket - Today Allison and Aidan had a lemonade stand, with cupcakes. It wasn't a huge success, but they had a few great customers.

VA, DC, NC - Summer Trip Time

Thanks to Papa Jerry and Nai Nai we had an amazing summer vacation to the Northeast. This trip was so special and memorable.

Virginia

We flew into Roanoke, Virginia to meet Corryn, Nai Nai, and Papa Jerry at Hollins University. Nai Nai is Chairman of the Board at Hollins, her alma mater. Allison especially loved visiting the campus. At this point in her life she has decided she is attending Hollins.

After dropping Corryn off at a dorm for her week of horse riding camp, we headed to our nation's capital. This was such a great opportunity for Allison and Aidan, and thanks to Papa Jerry we really did see quite a bit in two days.

What an amazing week we had. We wrapped it up by going back to Roanoke to watch Corryn's horse show before flying back to Houston. Summer 2016 Vacation was a huge success!

Art Car Museum and Children's Museum

Yesterday after VBS we worked on our bucket list some more by heading to the Art Car Museum. Tim joined us for the fun.

Omie and Papa Fred were heading back from Indiana, and it perfectly worked out for them to meet us for lunch and visit the museum. Papa Fred loves old cars, so he especially loved it.

Then we went to the Children's Museum for some more fun.
